What is a Prosthodontist?
Prosthodontists are dental specialists in the restoration
and replacement of teeth. After completing four years of dental school, prosthodontists

(ADA) accredited graduate education program. Prosthodontics is one of the eight
dental specialities recognized by the ADA.
Rigorous training and experience provide prosthodontists
with special understanding of the dynamics of the smile, the preservation of a
healthy mouth, the proper bite, and the creation of beautiful and comfortable
tooth replacements. You may not be familiar with what
a prosthodontist is, but no doubt you are familiar with the wonderful benefits
the specialty provides:
- Confidence that comes with well-fitting
and aesthetically-pleasing crowns, dentures and partials.
- Security of a beautiful smile - achieved
with little or no alteration to tooth structure through the wonders of bleaching,
veneers, bonding and other modern technologies.
- Comfort resulting from today's newest
